These are the first drawings given to us by the archtect, with already some changes implemented for the number and position of the several windows and the kitchen.

In practice the house will have three 'blocks', a central one build where the current old house is (painted in yellow in the drawings).
Kitchen, stairs, eating room on the ground floor, two bedrooms plus bathroom in the first.

The gray painted part will be the new entrance area, with the guest bathroom and guest/music room at the ground floor and a bedrom on top.

The blue painted room will be around 3 to 4 steps 'lower' than the remaining of the house and will be the relaxing area with a great view outside thanks to a 'winter garten' (not yet painted in the picture).
The roof will be used as a terrace with access from all three bedrooms.

There will be also two separate terraces to the front of the 'yellow' and 'blue' painted rooms.

The total square meters on the house should be around 180/190, plus the cellar.

This is the theory.. We will see with the final drawings how much of this we will be able to keep and what we will need to change.
