A nice surprise with the New Year:
The weather has been our friend and we had a week with warmish temperatures, so that the first layer of the outside painting has already been completed, at the moment the house has a whitish / greyish look.
We have to wait one to two weeks for this to dry, after this we may be able to have the second paint layer on, this time with the final colour.
On the rooftop a couple of additional small chimneys have appeared: they are used to 'balance' the plumbing system.
And talking about plumbing; most of the work is now done inside the house: water, electricity, heating etc.
